Warranty
Computer Cave Gaming is proud to stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty policy details our commitment to you and outlines the coverage and support you can expect when you purchase one of our systems.
Standard 1-Year Hardware Warranty
All Computer Cave Gaming systems come with a 1-Year Standard Hardware Warranty, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for all hardware components included in your original purchase.
Should any hardware component prove to be defective during the warranty period, Computer Cave Gaming will, at its discretion, repair or replace the faulty component(s) free of charge. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, damage from misuse, or external factors beyond normal use.
Lifetime Support
Your relationship with us doesn’t end after your warranty expires. We offer Lifetime Support for every system we sell. Our dedicated technical team is available to provide troubleshooting assistance, software guidance, and general support for the entire lifespan of your computer.
Optional Extended Warranties
For additional peace of mind, we may offer optional extended warranties on select products. Any available extended warranty must be purchased at the same time as the system it is intended to cover and cannot be added at a later date.
Warranty Service & Shipping Costs
If you encounter an issue that you believe is covered by your warranty, please contact our support team to initiate a service request. The responsibility for shipping costs is determined as follows:
- Within 30 Days of Delivery: If a warranty claim is made within the first 30 days of the delivery date and you have retained all original packaging, Computer Cave Gaming will cover all shipping costs. This includes providing a prepaid label for the return shipment to our facility and covering the cost of shipping the repaired system back to you.
- After 30 Days of Delivery or Missing Original Packaging: If a warranty claim is made after 30 days from the delivery date, or if you do not have the original packaging, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the cost of shipping the system to our facility for service and the cost of shipping it back to you after repairs are complete.
- Non-Warranty Issues: If a system is returned for warranty service and our technicians determine the issue is not covered under this warranty (e.g., software issues, user-inflicted damage), the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs (to and from our facility) in addition to any potential repair costs.
We strongly recommend retaining all original packaging for at least the first 30 days to ensure you are covered for shipping in the event of a warranty issue.
